Well, those boots came and are really a bit snug and the heel is too high for snow, do not want to take a chance on them stretching-has anyone tried Sudini? These are a possibility:

These are cute! They aren't super slouchy, so I think they'll be good for a long time.

I love these boots Jean. I don't think they will go out of style soon. I am very happy these type of boots have come around. We needed something new and different.
Ofcourse Angie knows better what will have staying power.

I really like those boots. Did you try the Jillian slouch boots that Angie rec'd? I bought some of those and am hoping they work all winter.

These you picked from Zappos look great for wearing in the snowy weather tho!

Black is all that is available. My question is- are they too trendy, will they go out of style, should I look for a more classic waterproof boot?
