It's a petite, so the sleeves are not terribly long, and it doesn't have a belt but it does have a defined waist. I think that is better for me, since I can wear it open when I want. It also fits with a little jacket underneath. This one was much warmer than the other one that I was considering, so it's the clear winner. I may switch the buttons out for brown, but I haven't decided yet. </p>
