Chickadee is so beautiful (and in style with her grey shirt on lol) and it is nice to watch how your Mom OTG style has been evolving. Love the wraps!

Cathy, the fabric on this particular dupatta is thin and airy but nicely grippy and definitely supportive enough for now. Very different from my "proper" shortie wraps (I have a Didymos and a BB-Slen) but VERY usable and so pretty. I suspect it's a lot like the fabric of traditional Mexican rebozos, actually.

(And yes, I've been completely won over to the dark side of wrapping...!)

I love the draped, yet practical look of those. But I'm having a hard time even paying attention to the sling when there's Chickadee! So adorable! I love those shots where she's turned around to look in the mirror- what an angel face.

Oh you and Chickadee are so beautiful. Those slings are fabulous! I never thought of using such a helpful tool 35 yrs ago.
I love the play tent. Chickadee seems to love it too.

Oh my, she is such a cutie! Those slings are lovely. Chickadee certainly seems comfy!

My daughter would have NOTHING to do with a sling of any type...despite my heroic attempts! I had to hold her in my arms...nuthin' but mama's arms for my princess....constantly for 15 straight months until she started walking. I have severe sling envy going on right now!

Our own sweet Vani was an angel and sent me some beautiful dupattas to try out as rebozos (like ring slings except with a slipknot instead of rings) for carrying the Chickadee. Here are some pics that I took a little while back with one of her beautiful dupattas in action:
