A lot of the styles fit well over the forefoot but are loose in the back. I have been searching for years now and probably spent thousands of dollars on shoes with no luck. Everything that's comfortable will fall off my heel, and everything that stays on my heel is too narrow in the forefoot. The only shoes that I find truly comfortable are boots, my Cons, and my blissfully comfy Saucony sneakers, which only come out for my twice daily brisk walk. </p> <p>I am going to give Privo a try, but after so many years of failure I have to confess that I am a complete pessimist. Most shoes are too narrow and the wide width shoes don't really work for me. I figured I would share what works for me and see if you ladies had any other suggestions.
