I usually only wear socks under boots or with converse. With converse I wear the small athletic kind in black. I wear dark brown microfiber socks but it does not really matter as they are not seen. I would stick with black or grey. This will prevent me from mismatching socks when I get dressed in the morning, and also greatly simplifies laundry as I don't have to recruit the help of a sighted person in order to sort them into light and dark loads.</p> <p>I'm leaving for guide dog training in New Jersey on Saturday and will be buying new socks for the fall before I depart. What colour would you suggest they all be this season? In the past I have stuck with black, but I suspect that wouldn't get the YLF seal of approval while wearing things like the charcoal grey converse I bought the other day.</p> <p>Thanks, girls. I'll likely be soliciting your advice on what to pack in the next couple of days. </p>
