Sometimes pants seem baggy to me in the back, but it's just because they are too long, and can't hang freely, so they aren't draping properly. Have you tried them on with heels to see if that could the culprit? Another thing that happens sometimes is that my pants are too big in the waist, so they are sliding down and sagging in the bum. When I get the waist taken in, I find they sit up higher and the bagginess is gone. </p> <p>They look stellar from the front. I do have that extra fabric at the back of the thighs like shows in your picture. That extra fabric is no so bad to a certain extent, but when there is just too much, like on me, it looks sloppy and ill fitting.<br /> When I had my fitting classes, the instructor who has seen a zillion bodies for fitting, kept saying, "Ya you're flat".
