They both look great on your long slim legs, but if you absolutely have to choose, I would choose the narrower, longer pair, just to showcase your terrific limbs. My preference would be for the longer length, in part because you could add a heel to your look if you wanted (but I don't think they are too long for flats--they look good scrunched).
