I think I still have some of these in my closet. I guess it’s time to pull them out again! I like the flowy look on bottom with a fitted knit top, and platform sandals. This time I think I’ll try a cropped, fitted jacket as well.

They work for me as long as they aren’t too voluminous in the waist and hips. I prefer a slim fit until about mid hip, then a soft drape down to the tops of my shoes.

I think I may end up going for a pair (or maybe more) I tried some black and cream printed side-zip ,elastic in the back ones on at Lane Bryant .Others didn’t like them but I thought that they were sort of cute! Especially with the cream tee I was trying on with it and the vests I have at home.
Not sure that I love them enough for full price -especially considering that the best shoes to wear with them will probably be platform wedges.Hmm.

A big NAY from me, this is just not my look. They look like pyjama pants or worse, bedroom curtains made into pyjama pants. I could see wearing solid colour pants this style in the summertime, but the cut would have to be just right.

I do love wide-legged trousers, and think the flowiness of these soft fabric pants would be wonderful on a hot day. I can’t really see myself wearing them at this stage of my style journey, but if the print “is perfect” and the drape is “exactly right” (I know, very subjective), I could definitely enjoy these on others.

I always like the idea of wearing soft volume on the top and bottom, but somehow I’ve never felt entirely fab in this look. I think I prefer bottoms in a more substantial fabric, and more structure when I’m wearing separates. A “one piece outfit”, like a sack dres e.g., is an entirely different story. I love them!!

It feels like I just purged these in the last few years! I also had these in the 90′s and they probably looked ridiculous on my 5’2 frame. Nay from me!
