Great ASOS Sale Picks for Thanksgiving

Holiday shopping season is in full swing and some of the bargains are beyond belief. ASOS is offering 20% and free shipping across their in house collection so I thought I would pick out some favourites. Note that the sale is already underway and will continue through November 30. Paint Splatter Body-Conscious Dress: More of a tunic than a dress but what a sensational pattern! Perfect for both bootcuts or skinnies.
Patent Traditional Flat Brogues: I don’t know whether they’re comfortable but they look fabulous.
Drape Front Crepe Dress: Genius voluminous folding and draping. Not a streamlined look but fun and arty all the same and available in two colours.
Record Player Ring: Just for kicks.
Drape Back Printed Dress: Vintage-y fab don’t you think. Adorable over leggings too. Also available in petites.
Georgette Frill Front Blouse Dress: Another great vintage look. Love it with the floppy 70’s hat.
Leather Waterfall Clutch: Nice geometric waterfall detailing in this seasons popular khaki green.
Wrapped Front Ruched Sleeve Blouse: Fabulously 80’s and suitable for Spring and Summer too.

Jersey Insert Denim Joggers: Call me crazy, but I have these in my shopping cart because they look so fun.
Oversized Metal Boyfriend Style Watch With Square Case: An inexpensive way to road test a gold watch.
Tailored Contrast Lapel Cropped Tux Blazer: Love the white! Super to layer over a holiday frock.
Leopard Oversized Scarf: This has my name on it.
Tailored Stripe Rolled Hem Shorts: Adorable and heavenly with boots and hose, or over the knee socks.
Longline Padded Coat With Hood: A stylish must for bitterly cold weather. The belt ensures sleek tailoring while the hood is a much appreciated practical addition.
Cut Out Sleeve Sweater: A little drafty but kind of fabulous. Perfect for mild winters. I love the red.

I always love your lists!!! There are always some very unexpected choices, and as soon as I look at them I go: “oh absolutely, this has major potential”. Why is it that I usually don’t see it before you point it out to us??-) That’s why you are indispensable and super fab, Angie!!!

I really, really, really want you to buy those denim joggers and model them for us. I love them too, but don’t think I’d be able to pull them off, you will, of course!!

ASOS is such a fantastic site, with loads of gorgeous items, I visit them often;-)

Also, love that last sweater, both in red and grey, and I have a few other items bookmarked too.

I wish I had an Angie list for every store I plan to visit tomorrow, what a time saver that would be! You always pick the best items. The frill dress and velvet blazer are my favorites. I’d really like to add a velvet blazer to my wardrobe, but I already have so many blazers, hmm…Thanks so much for putting this list together, especially on a holiday!

Angie, thanks for taking the time to put together this list. I am in love with the white tux jacket but am trying to restrain myself. I also love the oversize animal print scarf. However, I can’t get my head around the denim joggers.

What Inge said. Most of these would not have received a second look if not for your picks. This is making SYC really hard because i love the white tux jacket, waterfall clutch and red scarf. I’ve not ordered from ASOS before and look like I’m between a US 2 and 4 from the size chart. How is the sizing?

NO! NO! NOOOOO…you just HAD to go and blog about ASOS sales….

I just ordered quite a few things…yes, a fevered frenzy, low blood sugar (diabetic) and lack of sleep had me in a spun out dazed crazed and totally assured shopping spree….What bank account? Budget…huh? Riiight, maybe not all that assured then…?

K, let’s scratch the diabetic, lack of sleep thing because it’s happening again *wipes foam from mouth* and clickety-click..#s 1, 6, 7, 13 and 14….EGADS!

Ooo, lovely choices Angie! I was trying to be good (1 and 3 were calling me) so I just ordered the animal print scarf. Have been needing a scarf so that works for me

Love your picks too – I have been eyeing that scarf for a little while…

Regarding the shoes, I have had a couple of pairs of ASOS shoes and generally find them of regular width and slightly on the small side in length.

If anyone else is pregnant out there then they have some unique pieces in their maternity range as well, plus they have frequent new additions to that part of the site.
