Ok, so this is a really late post, but…
Definitely watch. Although, I haven’t worn one in over a year because I can’t wear one at work (I work with food) and while trying to wear my watch before and after work, I ended up losing it. Very depressing. I do use my phone for the time at work, but I would much prefer to wear a watch. For over 9 years, the only time I took my watch off was to take a shower, go swimming, or do dishes.
And a slightly odd tidbit of info- I am right handed and can only wear a watch on my right hand, when it is usually the opposite. It just doesn’t feel right on my left.

I’m 26 and wear a watch every day. I find that knowing the time keeps my brain on track throughout the day and it’s handy knowing that I’ve only been standing in line for three minutes even though it feels like 15!

However, my style choice in watches has changed since high school (when I wore one every day as well – my few year break was due to a dead battery and no motivation to replace it). I prefer them to be much looser and act more like a bracelet.

I used to be team watch, but now I’m team iphone! I’m picking things up constantly – grocery bags, children, etc…and my watch would always catch on something. I prefer my arms to be jewelry-free and since I always have my iphone with me…..

But…I love that my DH wears his grandfather’s watch every day. He winds it and everything!
