the look on the right is hot. im liking that. got a couple of pairs of these in my wardrobe in several colours. they look lovely accompanied with the right shoes and worn to the right places/ events. like someone mentioned above it is all about your confidence. as long as you have the confidence to pull it off. as my mother always tells me – ” Confidence is a beautiful thing “

This must be categorized as “FAD” and not a real trend.

The thing is, however, that this “FAD” will open the door up for it to dip into trend. Meaning what? Sploochy, pleated, peg-legged trousers will come back?

I should shop at Value Village and St Vincent de Paul for some sploochy, pleated, peg legged trou?

I just spent months convincing my mom to get rid of her elastic-waist tapered-leg capri pants. And these horrifying trou show up? Ack!

Maybe in a very nice, well drapped, non-shiny, dark…well you get my drift.

I can’t really see this happening. If models look like they’ve got hips and thighs like normal women, perish the thought of what normal women will look like.

I will pass on this look, because I can’t imagine it would look good on my short, hourglass frame.

Interesting look. This is something I might consider wearing if I see the look enough to become a bit more accustomed to it. It’s initially a bit of a jarring look to me though. Not a trend that I’ll jump on early.

The two on the right. I don’t like the two on the left at all.
