I love this look. Most belts are too big on me though, in spite of the face that most sizing charts say that I'm beyond XS in the chest and hips and S or M in the waist.

I know exactly what you mean, Eva. You have to wear this belt quite loosely for both belts to stay adequately “separated”. Mine does not bunch in the middle when I wear it and I like my criss-cross at the back. There is only one way to find out my dear, Eva.

Bella, we were living in Europe 6 -7 years ago and I do not recall this trend then unless I missed it! I’m glad you do not get rid of your belt.

I like the wrap around belt look. (I love belts.) Does it stay crisscross or does it tend to bunch together around the waist? (Does that make sense?) I just wonder with a small waist and curvy hips, it would bunch together at the waist and not have the same look.

Weren't these in about 6-7 years ago? At least in Europe? I have a white studded one that I bought then. I was thinking of getting rid of it, I am glad I didn't.

You’ll look splendid in this look Shiny and Julia. I’m glad you’re going for it (or wearing the look again to be more accurate).

Maya, we’ll experiment together in NY, cause you look great in a skinny belt.

I have the same situation, Mai. I like how skinny belts look on me (sometimes), but by mid-day I find them so annoying I end up removing them. I imagine it's less of an issue when the belt has a proper resting place. Anything low on the waist sits around my tummy--not a good look.

Maya, I feel your pain. I do have one skinny belt (in silver), but it doesn't come out all that often because it's so hard to get it to sit right.
